Bulk e-mail addresses and lists

The sale of e-mail lists, IP (internet protocol) addresses, individual e-mail accounts, social network accounts and devices or software used to send unsolicited commercial e-mails is not allowed on maxmerter.com.

Accommodation and timeshare service sales

In contracts regarding accommodation services, sales are not allowed because the service providers provide the service subject to the contract on a certain date or within a certain time period.

Timeshare contracts refer to a contract or group of contracts that are made for a period of at least three years and include the transfer or commitment to transfer the right to use one or more immovable properties for a certain or determinable period within the year and not less than one week. . Therefore, timeshare sales are not allowed since both the fulfillment of the obligations during the establishment of the timeshare contract and the execution phase are not suitable for electronic sales and cannot be subject to distance selling due to the relevant Regulation.
